U4 registration: $60 ($50 for coach's child)
U5-U12 registration: $85 ($65 for coach's child)

AZSC wants YOU for our Thunder 2008-09 soccer season.
Try-out Dates and Times
Tuesday May 20th and Thursday May 22nd
U8-U10 5:00-6:30 p.m.
U11-U14 6:30-8:00 p.m.
U15 and above 8:00-9:30 p.m.

Try-outs will be held on the main soccer fields at Crossroads Park,
located on Greenfield Road between Warner and Ray in Gilbert.

AZSC FUTSAL LEAGUE: (Indoor Soccer)
Team Registration is $375
(5 players minimum, 10 players maximum)
Six games (6) games guaranteed
U8 - U18 Boys and Girls
(age groups and gender maybe combined)
Locations: Horizon Learning Community Center
(16233 S. 48 Street - Phoenix AZ, 85048)
Dates - Saturdays, May 10th, 17th, 31st and
Saturdays June 7th, 14th and 21st from 8:00am to 8:00pm
Registration Deadline: Friday - May 2nd
Schedule Out: Monday - May 5th
Limited space available
Indoor shoes and shinguards are required
(no turf shoes or cleats)
Futsal ball will be provided
