  • U4 players: $79 per player, sibling discount $5.00 up to 3rd player 
  • U5-U12 players: $94 per player, sibling discount $5.00 up to 3rd player

Age Brackets: (Age as of 7/31/11) - "U" = Under, i.e.: U4 = a child who is 3 years of age

**Note: U9 - U14 - All teams (Gilbert & Queen Creek) Games will be played at Crossroads Park (Winter and Spring sessions) in Gilbert.  See Field Maps on the AZSC HOME page for directions.
Registration fees include the following:
  • Full Uniform (Jersey/shorts/socks)
  • Referee Fees* (AZSC is proud to provide referees for ALL games/All age brackets! This is an AZSC Difference! )
  • Player supplemental Insurance
  • Team photo/Individual photo (A $12 Value! Another AZSC Difference!)
  • Trophy or Medal
  • Registration costs (labor and supplies)
  • AZSC Equipment (field goals, paint, shade structure for each team- set up at field)
Where does AZSC play their games for the Fall Season?
Two sites to choose from:
Fall Season 
Discovery Park - 2214 East Pecos Rd - NW Corner of Pecos and Santan Parkway, for ages U4-U14.
Queen Creek Site: Pickett Elementary School ( Rittenhouse/Ocotillo) for ages U4-U8.
 
Winter and Spring Season:
Crossroads Park - Greenfield and Knox, between Warner and Ray Roads by Polar Ice, for ages U4-U14.
Queen Creek Site: Pickett Elementary School ( Rittenhouse/Ocotillo) for ages U4-U8.
 
Where and when do the teams practice?
All team practice days, times and locations are determined by the team’s parent volunteer coach. Please know that AZSC’s Recreational program continues to grow each season and is always looking for additional parents to step up and coach their child’s team! It is a rewarding experience for both you and your child!   Volunteer coach!
 
How do I Register my player?
Register Online! *If you are registering more than one child, please register using a "Family Account" to receive the sibling discounts.. *If you are registering more than one child, please register using a family account to receive the sibling discounts.
 
Now that I have registered my players, what happens next?
Once teams have been formed, all confirmed COACHES will attend a pre-season coaches meeting approximately 2 weeks prior to the start of the season. Coaches will pick up their team uniforms, rosters, schedules and coach pack materials. Coaches will be asked to contact their players within 3-5 days to arrange practice times and locations.

What do I need for the season?
Shin guards are required for all players. These can be purchased at any sporting goods store. Soccer ball and Cleats are optional, but recommended. Please NO toe cleats.

Cost: $110/per player**. No sibling discounts available. Does AZSC offer seasonal scholarships? Scholarship applications are available through the AZSC Office and online under the forms/links tab. In addition, we offer a "field set up and tear down" program in exchange for some registration costs. All applications to be reviewed by the AZSC Board of Directors. Refund Policy
Please remember that AZSC DOES NOT offer refunds. AZSC will do their best to accommodate location, coach and friend requests, but they are NOT guaranteed. Under special circumstances, AZSC will offer a credit for future seasons. Your request for a credit will be reviewed by the AZSC Board of Directors. Refunds may be granted for the following reasons ONLY:  medical emergency, relocation from the area, transfer to a Thunder Academy team, or the Club’s inability to place a player on a team.  Refunds will NOT be made for:  the Club’s inability to satisfy a player’s special team request, deciding not to play; or, cancellation of games due to inclement weather.  Late fees will not be refunded and, in all cases, an administrative fee will be deducted from the refund.
