Tryout / Evaluation* Dates: May 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th, 13th, and 14th (Monday thru Friday)

· 5:30 PM - 7 PM – ’06 – ‘00 boys and girls
· 7 PM - 8:30 PM – ’99 – ’94 boys and girls
· Please arrive 30 minutes early for check-in each evening
· ’06 – ’02 = Evaluations *
· ’01 – ’94 = Tryouts *
Location - Crossroads Park - On the West side of Greenfield Road, South of Warner Road
Cost - $10
· Online Registrations – Payment to be made online with credit card
· Walk up Registrations - Cash or check only
This fee covers AZSC’s costs for field and light rentals, insurance and a try out t-shirt.
Thunder T-shirt MUST be worn at EVERY tryout day attended. If your Thunder T- shirt is lost or forgotten, a new T-shirt must be purchased for $10 at check-in booth. A new assigned number will be issued. Please keep your child’s assigned number handy as that number will be needed for you to access information on team assignments.
