Not only is it imperative for players to work on their soccer specific skills (technical, tactical), but it is just as important for our players to work on their physical aspect of the game. As our players age and we try to become more competitive as a club we have to start getting our players more athletic and physically stronger/faster. This is an overall program that will enhance each player's speed, agility, endurance, and strength. All of these combined will help keep your athlete healthier and on the field longer.
When: February - April (20 Sessions)

Session 1: 5:45-6:45
For any players aspiring to make it to the next level the Speed and Agility is an integral part of the system and process.
I believe that Tracy and Field of Speed will benefit your child and their pursuit to be the best soccer player they can be. We are excited to have them train our athletes and know they are committed to making each individual better!
